Zutaten

  • 12 Lasagneplatten
  • 2 Gläser (2×330 g) Bongiovi Dad's Original Sauce
  • 500 g Hackfleisch (optional)
  • 1 Zwiebel
  • 1 Knoblauchzehe
  • Béchamel: 50 g Butter, 50 g Mehl, 500 ml Milch
  • 150 g geriebener Käse
  • Salz, Pfeffer, Muskat
  • 1 EL Olivenöl

Schritt für Schritt

Zubereitung

  1. Sauce ansetzen: Zwiebel und Knoblauch fein würfeln, in Olivenöl anbraten (optional Hackfleisch mitbraten). Dad's Original dazugeben und 5 Min. köcheln lassen.

⏱ 60 min total 🍽 serves 4–6 😊 Medium 🇮🇹 Italian 🌱 Vegetarian option

Lasagne is the essence of Italian family cooking – and with a good ready-made sauce it's surprisingly easy. The heart of it is our Bongiovi Dad's Original: a robust, savoury tomato sauce made to a family recipe since 1890, from sun-ripened tomatoes and with no added sugar. So every layer tastes of real Italy.

What you need

Ingredients

  • 12 lasagne sheets
  • 2 jars (2×330 g) Bongiovi Dad's Original sauce

Step by step

Method

  1. Start the sauce: Finely dice the onion and garlic and sauté in olive oil (optionally brown the minced meat too). Add Dad's Original and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Make the béchamel: Melt the butter, stir in the flour, gradually pour in the milk and whisk smooth. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Layer up: Spread a little sauce in the dish, then alternate lasagne sheets, tomato sauce and béchamel – finish with béchamel.
  4. Add cheese: Spread the grated cheese evenly on top.
  5. Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 35–40 minutes, until the top is golden.
  6. Let it rest: Let the lasagne rest for 10 minutes before slicing – so it holds its shape.

Tips

  • No pre-cooking: You don't need to pre-cook standard lasagne sheets – enough sauce and béchamel soften them on their own.
  • Vegetarian: Instead of meat, lentils, spinach or vegetables work wonderfully.
  • Freeze it: Lasagne freezes well in portions and reheats in the oven.
  • Extra juicy: Better one layer of sauce too many than too few – it keeps the lasagne juicy.

Ce qu'il te faut

Ingrédients

  • 12 feuilles de lasagnes
  • 2 bocaux (2×330 g) de sauce Bongiovi Dad's Original
  • 500 g de viande hachée (facultatif)
  • 1 oignon
  • 1 gousse d'ail
  • Béchamel : 50 g de beurre, 50 g de farine, 500 ml de lait
  • 150 g de fromage râpé
  • sel, poivre, muscade
  • 1 c. à soupe d'huile d'olive

Étape par étape

Préparation
