Right of withdrawal and returns

Right of withdrawal
Swiss law does not generally provide for a statutory right of withdrawal or return for online purchases once an order has been placed in a binding manner.

Therefore, after the conclusion of the contract, there is no right of withdrawal or return unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return of food products
Our products are food items. A return or withdrawal is excluded in particular for goods that may perish quickly, whose expiration date could be exceeded, or which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection and hygiene once delivered.

Goodwill policy
Independently of the legal provisions, we review goodwill requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us in advance by e-mail. However, there is no entitlement to a refund or return.
